Great Northern prepares sample batches before every production to ensure maple syrup meets its strict quality and taste standards.

Great Northern keeps its maple syrup in stainless steel drums directly from its producers. This ensures that the pure maple syrup is heated and processed the least time possible.

When ready to pack, we identify the correct drums to pick from our computer system.

Syrup is then heated and filtered.

Bottles are taken out of cartons, heated, air cleaned and ready to fill.

Once filled and capped, bottles are cleaned.

Inspectors check bottles throughout production to ensure optimal quality.

Bottles are then labeled and coded..

Bottles are individually inspected just before packing.
